Most powerful V12 ever is probably the ~20,000 BHP Wärtsilä 12V46F, but I don't know enough about marine engines to say for sure.
Not the most powerful but dat sound. So evil.

( OP) Pagani has a 760hp car for Lewis H, and Ferrari FXX-K produces a total of 1035 horsepower, of which 848 are delivered by the V12,
Is there a car with more?

It never went into production because the owner thought it was too powerful, and the claims were never confirmed because it broke the 1000 HP dyno they tested it on. It was built by attaching two (confirmed) 480 BHP I6s at the crank. None of that makes it not the most powerful NA V12 ever to be put into a road car.

That or this one

>>15798213
The ones in testing blew the dyno but the product they sold off after cobbling together the prototypes had well below 900 horsepower.
