It came with a VHS tape as well but I got nothing to play those, along with a DVD I can't be arsed to bother putting in.

The T Shirt button is the toggle switch for the little clothes hanger holders by the grab handles. if someone leaves them down, it obstructs visibility, so if you hit that button, they retract.
The duck button changes the pitch of the horn
