Told my friend I don't have USB in my car so I have to play music via CD, and his friend just gave me this cable. What is it, how to install it in my car and play music through it?

Its an aux cable adapter, it may or may not plug into the back of your head unit.

So it means youll need to pull your head unit out and see if it will plug in.

Tnx man, how to get to the head unit though? :D It's a Renault Megane 3 if it makes any difference..

If there is an aux port on the back if your head unit, you might as well just use an aux cable.

In most cars since 1994 or so, there's so much stuff in the way of getting to the back of the head unit. That means removing the dash board so you can access the bolts that mount the head unit to the structure that is itself mounted to the frame of the car. Once you unbolt the head unit, you can then check the back of the head unit.

Of course, you can simply avoid all this by thinking. You know your 3rd party head unit model. Look at the instruction manual for it. It will mention the features it has and whether or not it has an aux port for that type of cable.
