Cool story.
1. The straight pipe will get old very quickly. Even 125cc is pretty fucking loud if there is no muffler at all.
2. Consider a conservative mudguard or you're gonna get dirty.
3. No air filter at all is just asking for problems and if the bike has an airbox fitted it's going to run like shit at low speed even after you tune it which will be absolutely necessary if you're cutting the exhaust like that.

Otherwise it's pretty fun to modify shit with your own hands and when you're finished it will be...unique.
