Next time it happens stop and nicely ask what the issue is. Then every time she tries to answer rev it. Wash rinse repeat.

OP here. In the spirit of faggotry I decided to see if she was out walking in the evening, since I figure if you walk your dogs in the morning, it would make sense to walk em at night. Turns out my intuition was correct, and after doing a couple passes to make sure it was her, I stopped and found out what the fuck her problem was. Turns out I was going 2fast, so I said I'd try and slow down when I was getting on that road. So there you have it. Hopefully I'll remember.

Thanks for all your advice though, if I didn't live so close to the place where the incident happens I'd probably be more inclined to try these out, since I'd likely never see her more than in passing.
