Okay. Have a 2009 Jetta TDI being bought back by VW in November. They are giving us 16k for it. What is the best value in a new car around this dollar? Civic, corolla, sentra, gas Jetta --- all about 20k. Yaris, fit, versa, fiesta, all around 14-16k. What's the best we could do without putting out another 5+k. Would obviously rather not have to spend anything, but...
id keep it.
its a pretty good car isnt it?

Is that Bruce motherfucking Lee?
>>15648976
Shit yeah
>>15648961
It is, but when do you get that kind of money back on a car you bought 8 years ago?
>>15649003
Take the money and buy another TDI used.
>>15648944
Keep it. It's still a great car if it's been reliable.

So he can get more buyback moni?
>>15649276
You don't get buybacks on ones bought used after the scandal broke in the news.
>>15649281
Stop trying to convince him to buy another shitty Volkswagen
>>15648944
Best value is going to be a Chevy Sonic Turbo. Most practical is gonna be a Honda Fit. Most reliable is gonna be a Toyota Yaris/Scion iA.
Pic your poison.

These are all shitty cars with no passing power and shitty interiors. His vw is better in that regard.

Mazda 3 hatch? Maybe you can pic a Touring trim at close to the end of the month and be under 20k even after taxes?
