I thought Euros thought Torque was useless and unworthy of bringing up when discussing engine performance unless we're talking about passenger cars or trucks/haulers. granted, all cars need torque to get moving but beyond that every time someone brought up torque regarding an american engine the response would be something along the lines of "its not supposed to haul your amerifat ass around" etc.

Said trucks also make great recreational offroaders, which your recommended minivan does not (inb4 some obscure example like a Delica). They not only fit a cubic metre of what ever it is you're carrying, but a whole work crew as well.
Also, said lumber from your favourite homedepot outlet is easier stored and placed on a half length roofrack system (which isn't limited to 8' lengths) whilst still carrying what ever tools you need for the task in the bed.

I can't tell if you're purposefully misconstruing my words or just dense as fuck. The syclone was never marketed as a luxury vehicle. In fact there is nothing about the vehicle that would make anyone think it was a luxury car, like a Mercedes or Bently of the time. It was however more expensive than the typical truck while offering nothing more in terms of practicality. In that sense, it is considered a luxury. Much like an ATV in considered a luxury item for suburbanites.

I like your truck m8. A body sitting on a frame, with a large bed to store your goods, and a single cab for you and another person. Nothing fancy, got just the right gauges; just a good ole' utilitarian truck.
