this is why I never post my number. I always post email and if they offer money without mentioning coming to see it the email gets deleted immediately.

I never even answer if they mention money in the email. 95% of the time even if you indulge them and say you'll sell it for that much, they never come out anyway.

My standard answer anymore is, "Well If it's a serious off I'd consider it." I won't say yes or no unless the fuck head actually has the cash in front of me.

You also always get those weirdos who are like, "Umm...hypothetically, I might have the money to buy it six months from now, you think you could hold it for me that long?"
