I liked the BRZ a bit more for driving dynamics/interior/looks, but 5% APR with no discounts, versus $3500 off with 0% APR (on an already cheaper, better equipped car) was a no brainer.

AWD is for the weak two wheel drive of any form is greatly superior to lazy laggy awd. Ecoboost is just a turbo charged normal engine, not a pointlessly flattened engine. As for the value of the WRX it doesn't really matter how well it holds its value when you wrap it around a tree.
