Its a straight exhaust, it doesnt follow the tunnel for the oem location. I tried using trim restore recently and It didnt bring back the color, I might just paint them gloss black. Im not a big fan of tint personally.

The car was setup properly in pic 2 and 4, there's room for suspension travel without tire rub. Also, lowering an EF too much affects the suspension geometry negatively if you go too low.

I'd assume it's on adjustable coilovers and you lowered it after you got it.
