Cars you'd own even though they're slow.
recent design and yet they forgot to make the emblem almost as big as the grill.
Let's get this one out of the way: C7 Grand Sport with Z07 package.

>>15599133
is that front grill painted on?
>>15599111
also check'd
Also, 2017 Volt.
Better HP/weight than anything I've owned.
>>15599149
Mostly, yes.
is the testarossa slow?
>>15599177
yeah, style was really all it had going for itself
the gated shifter meme coupled with tall gears really killed its quarter mile
>>15599183
I just checked 5.0 0-60 is decent, same as the 930 turbo.

>>15599155
>>15599177
>>15599122
I'd actually take it over the Z06.
>>15599154
I'd rather have a Miata for myself.
>>15599177
It's iconic status makes that irrelevant.
>when you've never driven anything fast more than valet speeds but your supreme knowledge of power to weight ratios makes you a respected authority on what cars are slow or fast
Next are you guys going to rank supermodels on which are terrible in bed?
>>15599111
>slow
I really hope this is bait
>>15599111
Doesn't it have a similar power to weight ratio as a Nissan GTR? I doubt it's going to be slow.
It's not as fast as it's cousin the grand national I would still love to own one.
Also a Garage Vary MX5 nb, 70s Cadillac Eldorado, Mustang II King Cobra, a 60s or 70s hearse and a 70s Donk.

V8 Vantage
My dad drives one of these. I love the car, even tho it's mostly just a showboater.
It's fun though
It gets pretty good mpg and looks cool
At least it has that going for it....
desu i quite like the black orange choice too

None of the cars ITT are all that slow. Pic related does 0-60 in around 11 seconds, depending on the model.
>>15600749
The noise is out of this world though.
That alone is reason to own one. I'll definitely have one in my future garage.
>>15601127
11 seconds to 60 for 1960 is fucking lightning
>my two favourite cars are citroens
Top speed 75 kph on land, 12 kph on water.
>>15599111
>600hp
>Sub 4 second 0-60
>slow
This thread should be renamed "cars I'd own, even though there are much faster cars for the money"
Pic related for me
>>15601828
And it managed to destroy more powerful cars, cough-ferrari-cough, all day erry day
>>15602530
Durr forgot pic
Some day I will find you and buy you, dear brick.
Twice I have found you, and twice you have disappeared from under me.
Some day you will be mine.
>giant grill
>almost no aftermarket performance options
>auto only
Somehow I still want one. Maybe I crave a luxobarge that isn't fully a barge.
>>15603947
iwant one,but they're still pretty expensive
>>15599111
>Cars youd own if you could fucking afford it.
FTFY
>>15601127
I would say anything over 0-60 in 7+ seconds is slow
>>15599111
Who cares if its slow, I still love mine.
>>15603958
I'm probably gonna wait for them to hit the price range that lower mileage second gens are in now, which probably won't take more than a couple years. Lucky for me I'm not a fan of this year's facelift and I don't care about bigger infotainment or the 2.0 turbo so 2014-2015 is the sweet spot.
>>15600132
It's slower than pig shit with that 305, but ill be damned if it's not one of the sexiest cars of the 80s.
who /landyacht here?
>>15601192
>The noise
It's called a titanium exhaust and they sound good on just about any V8.
Missus mobile.
It works good, just keeps going, even off road.
>>15602604
i really have a hard time imagining bricks being rare, mostly because i live in brickistan, but here at least they are fucking everywhere
>>15604404
Is that slammed?
the meme
>>15600047
not thicc enough so really a 2/10
i've seen men that look more womanly than that
>>15599177
>>15599183
its faster and has better handling than a countach
I just saw one of these in person yesterday and they're fucking adorable. They have this cute little mischievous grin to them that makes me like it even better than the NA.

High speed track oriented cars with conventional transmissions generally don't have amazing 0-60 times. Every common Porsche I have ever driven is like this. The clutch is heavy and not easy to shift quickly while the tires are gripping from a stopped launch. Once it is moving above 30 the car comes alive and can really cook. 30 to 100 probably takes about 6 seconds in a 1998 Boxster.
If this thing was 200 or 250kW I'd be all over it.
