I don't see the point. They call it a bus but it's on rails...it's more of a trolley. Any space saved by allowing cars to drive under it is immediately wasted by the space needed to build the rails in the first place. And worst of all, being on rails means that it can't adapt to changing conditions.

It needs ~40cm more ground clearance in my opinion, because European styled vans and delivery trucks are very common in SEA and those generally run about that high.
