I bought a 2$ wooden ball from hobby lobby, drilled a hole in it, sanded,stained and screwed it on. Works pretty good desu.

My Ranger's current knob was installed by the previous owner and the fucking thing lost its threading and it rattles when the truck is moving. its fucking annoying.

Blox? The one I have is threaded for my shifter, so no inserts or adapters, it's plenty solid, the thought never crossed my mind that it could come off.
