I went to look at this car and the report confirmed what the seller told me about a minor accident. The title is still clean but the front frame is a tiny bit wonky, the front struts are mismatched, and it pulls to the left either because of steering or more likely because of suspension. I just plan on using it for a year doing city commuting, is this issue something I should repair (costly?), be okay ignoring? or is it a red flag?

So, me and my dad drove three hours to look at the King Cab. Underside was rusty as all hell, frame had a crack, moisture in the lights, insane load of engine noise, loud clanking noise when reversing... a total waste of my time

So, on the way back I figured we'd take a look at this 2003 HiLux thats for sale 15 minutes away from where I live. Hadn't bothered with it as it didn't look too good on the pictures, little info on it and so on... well, turns out it was in damned good mechanical shape, has been properly washed on the underside and has zero rust I'd consider anything serious. Drives like a dream and has been really well cared for.
