Why do you lie to ppl about how much you got your car for?
I don't, I got it for 3500 usd over a year ago.
850€
Am I lying? y/n?
$1750 for the Ram (listed at $2500)

You bought it for 850 euros, but you've put at least 300 euros back into the car
Because jealousy is a bitch.
I got my car for 7k euros which is an average price for one of these, no need to lie

I don't got my F150 For 2000 My Sv for 2500, my daytona for 7k and my 540i for 8k
So my grandma will get off my back for spending so much on cars. If i say it only cost 1000 and that i sold my other for 1500 shes happy when in reality it cost 6000 and sold the other for 1100

No electrical problems aside from reflowing the solders on the climatronic PCB. Which was free for me.

More than that, but to get it to pass inspection I put in ~70€, 40€ for a support and 15€, for a blinker housing, some new bulbs and windshield wipers. That's all it took to get it on the road, but I didn't have hobbies so I spent some more money doing things to it.
Did basic maintenance which took some money out of my pocket in the first year, but I consider it just wear and tear that I wanted to reset since I was going to be doing everything myself and wanted to keep the car functioning at all times. Then I put in too much money into audio (yeah I know, retarded) and after being involved in a front end collision insurance paid me 1240€ (would've bought it off me for 1700€) to get shit fixed so I got the headlights as a small upgrade amongst other things. Spent it all on the car in different ways. Car's pretty mint right now, got some jobs lined up, but they're not in a hurry nor do they affect the car as they are now.
I'm not sure I want to talk about how much money I've put into the car just because of impulse decisions starting with "why not?"
I tell people I paid a lower price than I actually did or say I traded it for an old house I inherited so they won't throw a tantrum.
>tfw don't have to lie about how much I paid because I didn't buy my car
