hey /o/, i'm currently trying to decide between these 2 cars (both hatchback versions). the prices are close enough to not really matter. subaru sales guy said the impreza had some cool safety stuff (the car I was looking at had it) but I don't know if it's actually worth it. also not sure if I need AWD, it's basically a 50/50 chance whether the winters here are terrible or not, but I try not to go out when it snows anyway.

the mazda was a little more fun to drive but the subaru was comfier

Yeah I took both for a test drive today. pretty much equal experiences, the only thing I'm not sure of is if the subaru safety stuff and awd is worth it, otherwise I'll probably get the mazda
