Are reuseable oil filters worth the price?

I don't have one. Just wondering if giving $140 is worth the usual $5-$20 on a shit to good filter.

You can reuse a regular oil filter. Just wash it out and let it dry. I havent changed my oil filter on my car since I got it and it has about 230k miles on it. Runs like a champ.
