They definitely do. If youre pretty new on a motorcycle, or are just alright, go to your local track on a 600 or 1000 and watch as experienced people on ninja 300s and r3s put up faster times than you.

Probably smaller displacement sport bikes. Ninja 250/300, cbr 250r/300r/250rr, r3, rc 390, etc. Very light, most other sport bikes can beat them in a straight line easily, no excessive electronics or rider aids, can still be pretty damn quick if the rider is good, and very fun in the twisties.

Judson did bolt-on supers for a lot of the smaller displacement cars from the 50's and 60's. Did wonders for VW's and Spridgets.

Highest power I've even seen claimed to be made by a d16 n/a was about 180hp.

Pretty sure 140 ish horse power is where a lot of them land with a y8/z6 intake, headers, and cam.

I still want to get a beater civic with a stick shift (mines auto and crashed) and put CBR 1000rr carbs onto it along with a lightweight flywheel, a cheap ass header to hack up, and a Delta 272 cam. Something about that would just make me happy

Also I'm realizing that the cbr1000 isn't actually carbureted even though eBay sellers listed the part as a carburetor. Good news is I can find that part for under 40 dollars.

Bad news is I don't know how I'd make it play nice with the ecu and actually work.

Its a pretty shitty app in terms of use ability IMO but its called "GPS Drag Racer"

No idea if it's accurate either. The worst part is I used to have an app on my old phone that was so much better but I don't remember what it was called. It would save all the data into a text file which this app doesn't.

My dad bought an 09' Forester XT new when I was in high school. Still would love to have one to this day, only flaw that thing had was a 4speed auto as the only option.

Surprisingly quick, and loads of fun to drive given most crossovers are trash. And that god tier sunroof was about the best thing short of a convertible.
