The v6 traps like 103 in the 1/4 bone stock, ecoboost really does like 99. That's real life numbers, not magazine or whatever video game shit. The 4cyl can be boosted but you're gonna have to let those turbos cool when you're getting on it. The v6 can dyno close to 300whp with bolt ons, before drivetrain loss thats like 385+ at the motor.

Plus the new v6 can be had for 22k at the right dealership brand new. Ecoboosts are usually 30k or so, gts can be 34-38k.
