Probably a long shot on here, but does anyone have experience with these cars? I'm thinking about getting one of the older models (circa 2008 sell for about 70k right now) and I wonder how they are on maintenance and as daily drivers. My understanding is the older ones are basically fancy Mercedes S classes.

obviously

My god that thing is fugly, like damn....
I'd take a 04-06 C class over that and then do a grill swap.

Eh, I like them. They're weird cars by an extinct manufacturer.

They were made by Mercedes OP, hardly extinct. Owning one would be no different than owning a brand new S class now
>>15355853
yeah but I see brand new S classes every day, they're a dime a dozen. I want something a little less common
Fuck that nigger pos, get a quattroporte.

And for the record, Maybach is defunct. They use the badge and the name on certain cars but Maybach does not make cars any more, haven't since 2013.

I'd rather get a Ghibli tbqh, the quattros don't have much visual personality anymore.

the limo service down the street has one, they are always picking up nignogs and highschoolers

top laff
poor maybach :(
You can grab yourself a nice Mercedes AMG for that kind of money. Roughly the same luxury for the driver and you can go fucking quick.

if you are concerned about maintenance cost, you are not ready for it. there's a legitimate reason why that car only costs a fraction of its original price tag.
