not really, honestly i would just bend it back straight as best as you can and put some JB weld over the edges where it split to hold it again

It was put there for a reason so there's no reason not to use it unless you're racing or something

It keeps water and other stuff from getting in and stops heat from coming out

it's a shield. it's no necessary, and I wouldn't personally replace it unless it's a relatively new car

Brake shields are somewhat important, Bend it back and use some epoxy to hold it in place

I wouldn't worry about it a great deal, its likely to be a pita to replace. That being said if its not at risk of falling off and can be bent back into shape I would go that route.

Control Arm dropping onto the rim. I was on an incline and the car rolled a little. It fucking sucks.

Mine have been rusting and disappearing for years and my rotors are fine. Like a previous anon said- only if it's a new car. Too much time and effort for something so insignificant

I wouldnt spend money to fix it on a DD, but I would try to bend it back up into place.
