I havent heard the GT in person yet, but i have heard the ecoboost when it ran in the DP and it does sound better in person. Or at least it was a nice reprieve from the roaring vette v8s in just about every other dp. The ecoboost has a lot of character in it's wail, you can hear all the overruns and little throttle adjustments plus it sounds knarly every time they come off throttle. 9/10 would listen again.
