this basically tells ways to increase oversteer (and understeer)

but thin tires (like running space saver tires) would be easiest way..

or just get a fast food tray (or block of wood with another thin block at the front of it drilled to hold it there) and drive rear tires ontop of it, then put handbrake on and drive on a flat carpark surface (no potholes). will leave mess of plastic/wood on carpark but it's cheaper/easier then buying tires
