Early 4.0 had timing issues and has a tendency to suck a cock too large like the 5.4 and shit the bed.
The 3.0 will run forever, I literally would give you my Vulcan when the engine swap is done. I know it's too valuable to scrap. 188K and it runs like it's brand new.
