Because Germany. Spergs on /o/ think German engineering is a meme because all they can afford is shitbox vw's and audis from 1995. They don't know how to spin a wrench and get stuck with high labor costs when standard maintenance is skipped and something invetibly fails. Because others fucked up, like the #100 BMW or both Porsche #91X. AMG GTs just didn't fuck up or broke down. Consistency is the key. Did you hear any realibilty problems or fuck ups about the leading cars?

The SLS was dominant in 24h Series the last few years, but doesn't win shit outside of it. The 458 dominated FIA GT3. The Aston Martins didn't win shit years ago, but then the BOP changed, and they won everything.
