Thoughts /o/?
>>
>>15088216
Does that mean a RWD Dart?
>>
>>15088216

When even manufacturers like bmw are ditching rwd for the C segment, Alfa economical choices are beyong stupidity.

inb4 Alfa will have the same fate as Lancia. Just wait and see.

The first gen Lancia Ypsilon also had that on the B pillar.

If the Punto gets upmarketed to the C segment as rumours say it will, Fiat will probably resurrect it... Who knows.
The Tipo won't be the C segment proposition, it'll be what the C4 Elysee is to Citroen.

I for one would like to see that. My dad learned to drive on a 127, that car was batshit insane and it was a quick car, depending on the engine you got.

Lancia will be rebooted with what kind of money?

Marchionne is running the group to the ground.
>>
>>15088290

Probably too. Too much offer in their lineup from a non-conglomerate brand. But as that is a weak point, it's also a strong one allowing them to reinvent themselves easily if needed. Alfa on the other hand is tied to the FCA structure, with incompetent leaderships, trying take a stake at premium segments without having even firstly getting any flair for it. Basically they're trying to build a house starting from the roof, that costs a lot of money which they don't have. They're betting on one horse which is sales numbers, and in Europe, very few people fall for the Alfa meme anymore. They might have a mild success in America since retards there still think Alfa is something akin to the 30's to 60's cars they made, but they are bound to fail and it won't be funny or enjoyable to watch.

They've already killed a brand that had a long history. They're killing Alfa in the next couple years.

The average consumer could care less about that.

They want a brand. They want the symbol it represents. They don't care about Alfa. Only the ones that have to worry about finances look purposely into those segments or the die-hard fans.
>>
>>15093270

Caliente without any decent diesel offer. Competition trumps over it everyday.

>>
>>15093314

Who talked about Kg you stupid fuck?

Engine size you dimwit. Everyone else is going the downsizing route and these italian wetbacks just put out 2.2 engines when most of the countries in europe do their taxation based on engine sizes and the ones who don't will soon start to do.
>>
>>15093343

Problem is that kind of buyer goes for other kind of brands. It isn't an Alfa that captivates the middle aged dude that has his pockets lined with money.
>>
>>15093344
I see that you're a slow guy, so I'll point out a thing for you.

Alfa Romeo will sell the 10% part of what their competitors are selling yearly in Europe, so they don't want to invest billions on "little" diesels with these sales figures.

The 2.2 engine is ok and everybody is currently offering a 2.0 liters diesel engine. Tell me how much money you save for a reduction of 0.2 liters.
>>
>>15093355
>being this nostradamus

The car has just hit the market and you're able to predict what people will do.

Those who want to save money don't buy a PREMIUM FUCKIN CAR you piece of dirty shit, they simply will buy a fuckin Ford Mondeo.

Yet those who want a brilliant car with a sporty handling will probably consider this new Giulia and won't give a shit about the taxes.
>>
>>15093380

Everyone else has been selling 2.0 with those kinds of power for a fuckload time now. Everyone else is preparing for the nextgen with even smaller engines with the same hp levels or even more.

And you're calling me slow? For fucks sake.

Stop humiliating yourself.
