Looking at options to replace my daily, and I jokingly looked at cappuccinos while I was poking around.
They are well within my price range, and get great MPG. Plus I like everything about them despite being a self proclaimed heterosexual male.
It's like a miata but smaller, lighter, turbo, and it's not soft top so I don't have to worry about someone breaking into my car with a box knife.
I'm just not so sure it would be a great daily here in TX.

Where are you finding multiple cappuccinos in the US for sale?
>>15075973
import
not sure how I feel about a roadster since I'm used to a ff sedan
I'm also worried that the roof might eventually leak. Really indifferent about convertible b/c I'm not gay and probably will rarely ever remove the top.

>6'4'' and fits comfortably
Hng now i want one. I can't fit comfortably in a miat
>>15075951
imo it looks horrible, cartoon-esque
I love small cars, but Cappuccino is clearly out of proportions
I have always wanted a Cappuccino to autocross. The first ones will should be legal for Import in November.
>>15076087
That's something else I love about this car
It's so comically small
I wonder if they even come with a spare tire or just a can of fuck yourself flat
I'd appreciate the opinion of anyone who dailys a small roadster.
Already got a play car so this would have to be for srs business.
>>15076121
I think in case you a catch a spare you can just pick it up and bring it home
>>15076238
afaik there is an /o/tist with a cappuccino
These are pretty cool but aren't they painfully slow?
>>15076328
Yes. In Initial D it's the only opponent that Takumi is faster against on the straights.
>>15076062
>prone to rusting
I don't think I want to import one anymore
If there were one I could go and look at before purchase then maybe, but this guy makes it seem like a hassle.
>>15076002
What's the price range for a cappuccino I love these things.
>>15076328
it's slow compared to cars with more power
>I'm too much of a sexually insecure little bitch to drive a miata: the car
>>15076398
I saw some online from 3k up to 22k
>>15076411
That's with the shipping and import fees or just the car?
>>15075973
StarBucks™
>>15076313
Yeah, he seems to really like it.
I want one just for meme status.
I was looking for beats last night. 91's run between 1-15k but I am afraid of importing a car that I have to import parts for.
>>15076328
Yeah but the same engine is tuned to 80HP with nothing more than a remap in the Caterham 160, and can hit over 100 with a little work IIRC
Still slow as fuck, but not quite as slow as stock
>>15076604
Underrated
The Cappuccino looks like a baby snek.
It doesn't have all its cylinders yet, but it's still growing.
>>15075951
Do you live in Japan?
> Yes
Go for it. Great fun choice.
> No
You're suicidal if you think daily driving a Kei car is a good idea.
>>15077614
finally some actual feedback
yeh I was just thinking about all the coalrollers around here not appreciating a tiny car and so they would probably try to go all monster truck and run me over b/c murrica
>>15077713
They were available in UK and people drove them around like normal cars
>>15076909
LS swap
wait, can you even fit a LS in that engine bay?
>>15079165
Is England even as big as Rhode island?
>>15079178
Bout the same size
>>15079165
>>15076909
Aparently the most people do is swapping for Hayabusa engines and turboing it
>>15076411
what sites?
>>15079178
It's bigger than that friendo
>>15079271
highly interested, but what is the gearbox setup in these?
>>15079410
http://www.engineswapdepot.com/?p=8903
apparently some sequencial gearbox
considering the rear dif has a manual reverse overdrive I think its the stock hayabusa one
>>15079178
Yeah, but other drivers in England expect small cars to be on the roads.
>>15076238
I daily a small-ish roadster
there are a lot of benefits that come with having a car this small, like not having your friends bum rides because you only have 1 seat.
buying groceries is a bit awkward though, i've had numerous times to put stuff in the passanger seat and footwell because it didn't fit in the trunk.
>>15080236
ever had that moment where you buy something, get to the car, and realize you dont have space?
like buying a table or something? ive been there.
