Fantastic meet. Perhaps better in almost every way to the first one, other than the main roadgoing portions for each (the first had engaging twisties, this one was crowded, rainy highway), but points to take away:

1. Everyone was fucking cool.

2. We need to refine our decision-making abilities, and make sure we're all on the same page. It's better than last time, but there was too much a) confusion, b) no established course of action, leading to a lot of impromptu actions which could've gone better, c) everyone going with the first idea someone says on a whim immediately, making things fast paced and disjointed.

We just need to make sure everyone's with the program beforehand instead of trying to wing it in the moment.

3. The walkie talkies are a vast improvement, and I think shit would've fallen apart without them. They were hella fun, I'm glad we agreed to use Zello.

4. Holy shit the karts.

5. Are we now the 2nd biggest /o/ group?

6. Fuck all y'all non-believers.

7. We need to do this more often.

8. Actually plan ahead for the weather next time.

9. Try to stay together as a group a bit better (though it's still much better than the first meet).

The only "decent one" I could get was this. Sorry in advance for those who couldn't fit into the picture, it was a bit sudden like "lets take a picture now?" I should have taken my time, but everyone seemed in a hurry. The main issue of course was the lack of daylight, hopefully next time we can do an actual shoot, this stuff takes time because I have to use different settings and angles to get the best picture. The rest of the pictures came out really dark so not exactly worth posting.

Couple of things that will make it better is sunlight, large parking space, perhaps a large building or green background, and of course depending on the number of cars the angle we align up. Let me know if ya'll want to meet up just for that.

Yea they are quite reliable, I would recommend looking for a 2003 and above model, since there was some rework done and Toyota fixed the issues that the 00 - 02 cars had. The gas mileage is not the greatest, it's rated at 23/29 MPG, but depending on how you drive it you can really save a lot more.

The MR2 Spyder is quite an underrated car in my opinion, it was over shadowed by the Miata and S2000. The car itself is extremely balanced and has probably the best handling stock in it's class. Even though it's only 138 HP, it's curb weight is 2200lbs, so you get a really nice power to weight ratio.

The general consensus is that these cars are reliable, but remember it's an old and used car, even though it may have low miles, it all depends on how the owner kept it and if they maintained it well.
