My negro, mine's less modified than yours though. Got a front strut tower brace. The other stuff I've got (power folding mirrors, side marker lights, L7 grille) doesn't affect performance that much. I bought a uel header for it but I haven't had time to finish cutting off one bolt that was uncooperative so I can take off the old one.

hey guys, you might be able to help me.

I bought a stock na supra that was mechanically sound with a great interior but the body work isn't great. That's cool and all but i'm kinda getting buyers remorse. It's completely stock, the 3k i'd need to put a turbo on the car doesn't really justify the gains since as i've read the tranny is 5spd and can't handle a turbo like the gt can.

so i'm not sure. here's what i like about my supra.
1, it's stock
2, interior is great
3, it's more of a driving experience then my old car
4, i feel safer in this then my old car
5, the rear end is sexy
6, i can part it out if i ever have to

what i don't like about my supra?
1, it's slow, i'm fine with this but
2, it's a slow supra
3, it's got a really loud exhaust
4, everybody is going to think i'm a poser when i just have a hard on for 90's cars.
5, parts are expensive and with poor body work there are things that need replacing

what i really wanted was a 350z which was the same price as the tt supra which was out of my price range. I think i'd go for that but i don't think a 350z would be as fun to drive or steer as great.

Am i wrong for wanting a 350z? i think the turbo supra is a much better car but it is also far more expensive. i would hate for it to be my daily driver and rack up k's on the car. also, you can get a 350z that has far less wear on it then you can on a supra and i'm not too keen on modding it since i don't have the experience to do it on the cheap.

watched a youtube review and he kinda calmed my buyers remorse. as he said that the track aspect of the car is forgotten about, most of the tt supras become drag cars but the na supra is still an incredible car and i think i'll grow to love it, it's just i didn't grow up being 14 saying "awww fuck yeah cunt supra the best", i actually grew up saying "holy fuck, a skyline" but the skyline is too big and the supra looks better.

Are you talking about the R33? I agree with you there, but the 32 and 34 aren't like that at all. The Supra was surprisingly large to my 32, when I drove one. Every video I'd ever seen of the A80 made it seem like they had tight interiors but they're huge in there.

i didn't even look at the skylines when i bought the supra. i think the supra will have better resale value in 5-10 years time then the skylines.

But a skyline would have been better to tune but to be honest, i probably don't have the money to tune a car to begin with.
