Only if you mean the art part literally. This is standard and easy with 3D modeling if anybody so chose.

I will admit though, everything I see old engineering drawings done by hand, I wonder how the hell they did it, and how long it took.

I think a few of what's been posted are CG.

It's just incredible that some people have (had?) the skill to making airbrushing and pencil look so similar to a fifty years of computing power. Getting angles exactly right, being consistent with colors and light points. Ridiculous.
