out of interest, how easy is it to roll over a truck and how often does it happen? how much does the load affect it (bobtailing vs trailer with light load vs max capacity vs something with high center of gravity ) and is there a difference between cab overs and regular semis

How easy it is to roll depends a lot on the load. Something like in that picture with water stacked to the top of the trailer will roll much easier than, say, a beef load that's only stacked waist high. That said, it's still pretty easy on things like older cloverleafs that are pretty tight if you come in too fast.

I started initially as a city driver and we were legit treated like shit cuz we were hourly. Soon after I started regional, 90% of our local drivers were canned and now most drivers go do their own pickups. Stuff we pickup from US to bring back to Canada is still brought directly to the yard tho and the remaining 10% of local drivers go do those deliveries.
It's a shitty system but prolly saves the company a shit ton
