Worst time to ask this but, I just got a creeper and gave it a try, while under the car I found a few sources for some noises I had been hunting for. Also ran into a problem with the passenger from wheel. Drive side is solid with no wobble.
Anyone know likely causes for this sort of thing? I'm about to dive into old forum posts to help me out but I'd appreciate any help while I'm digging.
Your bottom ball joint is fucked, possibly your track rod end too looking at the amount of movement.

Was getting range banned apart of your master plan?
Grab the wheel from the outside and try to move the bottom in while pulling the top out. If it moves like that, you wheel bearings are shit.
What I see there might be ball joints.

look at the tread wear on the inner side, dead give away.
tie rod end, replace it. take a look at your ball join as well the boot shouldnt be cracked and if it is replace that as well

This is ever so slightly less stupid than spamming /b/. Which is pretty much the dumbest thing to do on 4chan.

before cloud flair and flood limit even /b/ could be nothing but a wall of spam and sage bombs

Great job posting a webm, and good camera angle. you actually capture what we need to see.
Yes, lower balljoint is fucked. Replace that asap.
Tie rod may also be loose, probably the inner. Not as critical as that ball joint.
You have accessive inner tire wear. Looks like bad toe
Check the rear wheels as well. Check that passenger wheel for any big bends, or dings
I would also replace things in pairs. So do both lower ball joints, and both tie rods if you can afford it.

Get an alignment done afterwards
