Are those measurements inclusive of fluids?

You could prob cut the spring and do a 1-2 in drop or get some lowering springs, nothing really wrong with cutting a coil off your springs.
When you go cutting the springs in half and bottoming out the struts/riding the bump stops then you have problems.
