As you're heading away from MacArthur Blvd and the OC airport,p on the 73, there's this giant hill. I hit 161 about 2/3 of the way down and hit a slight bump and instantly wandered across two lanes. Almost pissed myself and slowly let off before slowing back down to freeway speeds.

The fastest I've gone personally is close to 120 mph in my Ford Focus on some backroads. Pretty sketchy, especially knowing my tires were shit and could've blown any second. Dumb thing to do, I know. I've been a passenger on the back of my dad's V-rod when I was about 14 and we got up to 135 mph. Another time with my dad, he was driving a friends 911 turbo and we got up to a little over 140 mph before he started to slow down. My dad is a white collar usually law abiding Hank Hill type persona but for some reason I've gone the fastest with him.

135 mph on the I-10 in my 02 WRX, with one passenger. It felt surprisingly smooth, especially compared to 110 mph in my 05 V6 Mustang, which was mildly terrifying.

It was 3 am on i-40 outside OKC, I was coming back from a late inventory for one of my companies stores out in the middle of nowhere. Its odd, at around 70 the car does shake a bit but it feels like it evens out around 90. Plus after driving the car for a while you start to account for the subtle shifts and rumbles so you don't really even think about it.

Not surprised, I've hit almost 90 on my CRF250L with a Dobeck controller, +1-2, drilled airbox, and no spark arrestor on the stock pipe. I am gear limited. Bike rips decent for a small single lunger, and the 300 motor is just the 250 with a longer throw crank, which increases torque. A 305cc piston and cylinder kit combined with the 286cc factory stroker (your motor) parts makes for a 349cc motor that is limited by the valves and head flow.

It was both thrilling and terrifying. The car was shaking and even just breathing on the steering wheel caused the thing to drift all over both lanes of the road.
