I can't find shit other than what I've already posted. Looks like it and it's owner have seriously gone to ground or it no longer exists. If it's based on an old VW camper I can't imagine that whoever went to the effort of building it wasn't a Volkswagen fan but there doesn't seem to be any suggestion that they are on any of the forums.

No because the registration was previously on a 1974 VW Camper >>14889461 plus that photo was taken on a spectators stand on the paddock at Goodwood so it would have just passed the pit entrance in that photo.
