I'm just going off my friends dad who owns one and is trading it in for that reason, 6-7k at a dealer and its a bitch cause they are at the bottom of the engine so good luck wrenching it yourself, you could check the service history and see if its been done but unless they got that BMW warranty i highly doubt most people have
