Which bro truck is the most bro?
>>
dodge ram

Only trucks I see used for work are ferds and chebbys
>>
Non-diesel lifted trucks with dark tint.
>>

Pretty much this. When's the last time you saw a regular cab, long bed RWD or base 4WD RAM? Trick question, you probably haven't.
>>
>>14884537
I see quite a few Rams that are used for work. As for there being no fleet Rams, why the fuck would someone spend an extra 4 grand on a fleet vehicle when they don't need to.
>>
Lifted megacabs really are the epitome of brotruck.

Lifted Tundras/Titans with star fake beads wheels and Monster stickers.

They do build Silverados/Sierras in Flint, Michigan and Roanoke, Indiana. Some Rams are built in Warren, Michigan too. There were F150s built in Cuautitlan, Mexico as well as their Dearborn and Kansas City plants for the previous generation.

Dodge invented the bro truck concept
>>
>>14884981
I think I've seen 2?

One is a Quad cab Long bed. I know the guy works in construction, has a trailer, but I never see him using the trailer, or with shit in his bed.

The 2nd one my Uncle has a Ram 3500 he bought brand new. Full optioned out, 5.9L Cummins, tuner, small lift (like 2"). He's a framer, tows an enclosed trailer and picks up 3 other guys on his way to work every day. Doesn't really use the bed much as all of his tools are in the trailer.

90% of the time though when it comes to diesels, I see Fords working. I hardly ever see a Chevy diesel (I Do see a lot of 6.0L Gas 2500 HD Chevys working however). For Half tons its always a Ford or a Chevy.
>>
>>14886532
You know what?

All the Ford diesels I see are usually the 6.4L or the 6.0L

Probably because they are so cheap due to all the problems.
>>
>>14884537
>>14884981
Lol no. Ram outsells Ford and Chevy combined in the 1 ton market. There isn't even a contest in popularity on the 4500/5500 series. If anything, RAM is the work truck brand while F150s/F250s are for shuttling guys around at the plants.

I even googled your claim and found not a single shred of evidence that backs it up in any capacity. I found no solid metric for amount of '1-ton trucks sold'. The only thing that I found was that the Ford F Series hilariously out sells every other truck on the market, doubling its closest competitor the Chevy truck series.
>>
>>14888034

Not quite sure why you're posting this. This truck is marketed as an off-road vehicle, not a work vehicle.
>>
>>14888060
don't worry he's just a buttmad MUH CUMMINS fuccboi
>>
>>14888067
where did 'for work' come in? OP asked "which bro truck is the most bro?"

so I posted that

fuck outta here
>>
>>14888076

I was under the impression that a 'bro' truck was a general work truck that does not actually do work.

At least, that's according to myself and every other poster in this thread.

Your cherry picking really doesn't even suit your point.

Please see the following for actual correct references to a point.

>>14886532

>>14885045

Shit, even the Urban Dictionary defines it as a 'truck that is modded to the point where it no longer can do truck stuff.'.

The one with the

>body lift
>hyper aggressive aluminum wheels
>7+ inch exhaust tip
>window stickers for engine manufacturer
>bandanna/goggles hanging from rear view mirror
>ghost trailer mirrors
>heavy duty bumper with winch outlet but no winch
>lightbar
>flag in the bed
>$1000 grille
>suspension components painted anything but black
>halo lights
>black smoke at stoplights
>>
>thread filled with northerners
>work truck arguments

Dude, I have literally never seen a horse trailer pulled by anything but a Ram. Every oil field truck I've seen dragging equipment? Ram.

The only shit I've ever seen a Ford or a Chevy do is haul shit from home Depot or pull a car to the races in Dallas. Rams are almost universally superior at doing really insane work short of requiring a Mack truck.
>>
>>14884499
I don't trust vehicles where you can see large amounts of the drivetrain and suspension from the outside. It seems to me like sticking a small metal rod or taking a small metal saw to any of the parts would be easy to a chucklefuck passersby, as well as cutting a brake line.

No, because what the chucklefuck passerby can not do will now be done by every curb and pothole you go over.
Tastefully, slightly lift the car. Use good tires. Perfect.

Have one.

Had to be ordered that way; no one had one in stock.
>>
>>14888228

I like when the fuel and oil filters have been relocated to hang down below the frame, completely exposed for all that SICK OFFROADING they're doing on the commute to work.
>>
>>14888318
I like this a lot
>>
Most bro'd out trucks I see are dodges/chebbies (As in lifts, lightbars, tow mirrors, chains, etc). Bro fords here are mostly just lifts with those shitty lonestar wheels; except the 07+ f250/f350 which have thin deep dish rough terrains with RGB headlights.
Tundras usually have the lonestar wheels as well.
Most of the titians I see are stock.
>>
>>14884981
They aren't stocked and they're usually more expensive than the Laramie/Lariats when custom ordered. When they are on the lot there's a 2k shift between having a bare bones truck and a mildly up fitted one (SLT/XLT) making the nicer truck a no brainer for everyone except fleets buying them by the hundreds.
>>
>>14888143
>which bumper with no winch
I swear, I'm gonna get one some day. When I have money.
