Figured it would be autistic to put my answer in the op, but I'd say reliability, even assuming the stipulation is that you can't mod it too much (because then you're swapping out the unbreakable parts).

I see so many shitty drivers and shitty pedestrians, and I would just love to rear-end slow drivers with no effect on my part. Or T-bone them. Or flatten pedestrians with no problem.

Low boost 6psi 450hp

Med boost 20psi 1000hp

High boost 100psi 6500hp
