I do something similar, but not as dickish. If somebody is weaving in and out of traffic in the city because they're in "omg such a hurry", I will bait them into passing me, then when they change lanes I will speed up and block them behind another car. Then I'll speed up enough so that I will bait them into trying to pass THAT car, and once they change lanes I slow down and allow the other car to pass me. Then it just repeats.

The games are always more fun when driving a truck. Few things are more satisfying than when somebody tries to pass on the right (even though there are 2-3 more lanes moving faster to the left) and just when they think they can squeeze by, I pull up to a slower moving car. Then they have to slam on their brakes, go all the way back behind my trailer, and pass on the left like they should've the first time.
