Obviously they couldn't make it all angular like the old NSX, new regs make it no longer possible to do that. And it looks fine too, like how a nice, high-end sports car should look.

The Hybrid powertrain isn't there to appeal to hippies, its there to beef up the vehicle's performance, because hybrid supercars are a thing now and McLaren, Ferrari, and Porsche have proven it not only works but its better.

Its made at a plant in Ohio. Yes, its not folded japanese katana steel to shred the touge, but it is high quality (considering its $156,000 price tag), and will be a nice halo car for Acura, sorely needed as the brand has been suffering since the old NSX and RSX disappeared 10 years ago.

And then there's the Ford GT, which people hate only because of the V6. They've never heard the V6 engine, they probably haven't seen the GT go around a track. They just look at pictures and numbers, which is why they hate the new NSX too.

Of course the 911 is going to sell more considering they have a billion different trim levels and it starts cheaper than a GT-R.

A base 911 or any Carrera doesn't outperform a GT-R. Same fucking deal with the Corvette. In fact the ZR1 which was the only C6 that was comparable in performance was outsold by the GT-R by quite a bit. Despite how /o/ jerked off to the ZR1 Chebby could barely move them

I was car shopping in march of last year.

Local Nissan dealers had 2015 GTR's listed 5 figures under msrp on autotrader. I get that cars maybe be listed at MSRP and you can talk them down but when it was already in the teens off msrp imagine the out the door price.

The problem is the R35 is pretty long in the tooth now. They improve it every year but it's gotten minimal. People who really wanted an R35 bought one already and already traded them in for newer models.

There's been two or three new 911s and a new Corvette since the R35 first came out.
