It's not hard to do, it's not even like there is no market for it, but they flat out said that it's not big enough to justify the investment of whupping out an entirely few factory for it. They don't have a small RWD platform and to get one they'd have to build a new factory for it to have it in any way profitable, and that's just not worth it of rmaybe 100k sold models. Not. Worth. I think a tribute to the TT 300ZX would be cool. That car never got the attention it deserved, due to being overshadowed by the Supra, RX7, and 3000GT. It would obviously need to be de-tuned a bit to avoid direct competition with the GTR, but it could be pulled off. There's a massive gap being left between the 370Z Nismo and the base GTR.

The Juke isn't an SUV, it's a crossover, its interior is no bigger than a small sedan.

Nissan makes 3 other crossovers. They make the Rogue if you want a small crossover, if you want a bigger crossover they make the Murano. If you live overseas they also sell the Qashqai and X-Trail.

If you want an SUV they make the Pathfinder, the Armada, the Patrol, and the XTerra, This is before we even touch the Infiniti lineup.

The problem is that Nissan is ending up in the same position it was in at the end of the 90's, a bloated range that cannibalizes its own sales because everything is a goddamn soccermom car.
