I'm having trouble deciding so I thought I'd ask the Internet.
I'm currently looking for a new car, and I'm down to 4 cars atm.
Audi A4 2,0 TFSI 211 hp quattro S tronic 2011 (picture)
BMW 330xi 3,0 258 hp manual awd 2006
Lexus IS 250 2,5 208 hp automatic AWD 2006
Audi A4 DTM 2,0 TFSI 220 hp manual 2006
Any thoughts? Which of these cars would be the best buy within the same price range?
The 2011 mod Audi is the newest of the bunch, but I've heard that the automatic gearboxes on Audi aren't so reliable.
BMW
Lexus
Audi DSM

Get this. Except non-AWD and manual transmission
And that matte black paint looks like utter shit
Lexus as it won't bankrupt you after the first service
>>14768231
oh it will. European cars are cheaper to service in Europe than imports
>>14768228
Why non-AWD? Because rear is more fun?
How about this:
Which of these cars do you think would cost me the least in repairs? I'm talking reliabilty here. That nothing breaks down and I have to empty my bank account to get it fixed.

Lexus, hands down
I have a 2011 Audi A4 Quattro with the 6 speed.
It's pretty comfy.
There's not that much you can do to it in terms of mods besides bolt on stuff, but besides getting a S4 or RS4, you can get a lot of AWD power for a few hundred bucks.
the lexus
Get Lexus if you do not want to get assfucked by maintenance.
I've heard FSI engines burn more oil than petrol. If I were you, I'd go for the manual BMW but manual - if it's the E46.

lol, what? its a turbo car, you can do whatever the f you want to them. skys the limit.
>>14768677
OP doesn't sound like he wants to go full race car with his new car. The 'easy' mods are all bolt on stuff, even ECU chipping.
>>14768685
but what does that have to do with what you said before? easy mods just bolt on, hard mods require fabrication, custom parts and pulling your shit apart. yes, thats true with any car. but you said theres not much you can do to it besides bolt on stuff. what makes this car different in that regard than any other turbo car?
>>14768206
Get a 350z or G35
>>14768728
It was contextual to what OP's thread is about. I'm letting him know that most of the modding for newer Audi's consists of just bolting things on.

>There's not that much you can do to it in terms of mods besides bolt on stuff
THATS NOT WHAT YOU SAID

Cadillac CT6

Get a 5.0l Hyundai Genesis

Jaguar XF
Was that so hard OP?
>>14768211
NO, no and no. OP don't buy a BMW, don't do it OP.
>>14768217
It's meh and you know it.

The only worthwhile option until I read:

I'd have to admit, the Jaguar XF really looks more classy than the others listed here.

If you can afford the maintenance costs that the XF will have, go for it
otherwise, go for the DTM, they're pretty rare cars and its the one you'll most likely be able to sell for a profit later on.
