Honestly anon, they aren't worth it. The Volvo crowd is loaded and they'll price the good condition+rare trim (read: rust free+manual) v70rs out of your range. Some go for $15-20k.

On top of that you'll be stuck with an expensive to maintain, euro semiluxury (that looks 99% like euro budget bin except for the badge), on road only wagon. They look pretty but save yourself the pain and buy a subie or something.
