Anything American.

There was a need for it. Many militaries were looking for bigger better off road vehicles to replace jeep like vehicles and the rich were looking at suv like vehicles to drive around in.

Anything European.

I'm pretty sure that the only armies that ever bought them were the Italian Army and the UAE.

And besides, it was more designed for the oil companies because the businessmen were the only people rich enough to buy them.

Nobody bought them as military vehicles because they weren't military vehicles.

>there was a country, I forget which one, that asked Lamborghini to make the vehicle for their military beca use they were going to use it. Once they were made the country decided they disn't want it anymore and then lambo had to sell them elsewhere and as private vehicles.

No they designed only (it was built by a US company) a prototype military vehicle called the cheetah; which was a copy of the XR311 (the forerunner of the humvee), for the US Army.
Then they got sued and nearly went bankrupt.
The cheetah was rear engined and had a V8.
