Turd gens do.

Commadores certainly do
Their ok up until you past that point of lolcanturn then your FUKT
According to owners, they turn decently well but lack feedback, so unless you know your car's limit from knowledge/memory and not feel, you're playing a dangerous game.
I thought the suspension was improved enough to make them at least slightly better than a Camaro. But I guess even if the already poor suspension was improved the inertia of the 1500 kg chassis in a tight corner would sling you into a wall anyway.

basically this in a nutshell. slightly less probability of sliding into a wall than a camaro, if that counts as being able to turn

All memes and jokes aside, F-bodies actually handle very well. F-bodies have consistently been smong the best handling American cars available. The F-body twins were actually listed as the second best handling American cars in the 80's, right behind the Chevrolet Corvette.
Hell the 1LE suspension package on Camaros was made specifically for racing homologation purposes
