Hello gentleman. I'm working on my friend 98 explorer 4.0 SOHC standard. We have a no cranking situation. I've put in a new ignition switch and clutch switch. If I jump a wire to the starter will fire up no prob. Fuses and relays are good. Any ideas?

I believe the main power stud is on the solenoid and that's what I've been putting power to.
