How to find job that will afford me car parts?

I graduated college last may. I'm 22 with no work experience other than delivering pizzas since I was 18. Ive been applying to any place I can think of at this point. Any offer Ive had even for positions that wanted a degree only offered me $10/hr max.
my degree is in Business Administration. I thought itd give me a lot of options. I can't find shit. Every single job that sounds decent I dont even meet their qualifications because I dont have 5-10 years of experience.

What you can't see in this pic is that the right rear wheel arch has a dent that's starting to rust and that the front bumper paint is peeling. Also the spoiler is black because the original one was peeling too and I screwed up repainting it. I'll have to get some painting equipment and get practicing so I can restore those plastic parts.

Pic is the T5 ECU after I socketed the chips. Wasn't strictly necessary because you can flash the ECU over CAN, but if the old chips are bad that fucks the ECU up and you have to put in new ones. been getting the Mustang in driving condition for the summer (bought it from the in-laws, it was wife's first car); once the tax return shows up I'll probably look into a suspension refresh on my M3; it's totally stock right now, but I might look at lowering springs or coilovers. Also thinking about a big brake kit, since I need new rear calipers and they're impossible to find in refurbished condition; just fucking sick and tired of dealing with the OEM single-pot brakes.
