i'll wait a few months for the racing livery. unfortunately at the moment it has to stay parked on the street in a not-so-good area so i don't want it to draw too much attention.

i'll try to make it happen for the nurburgring this summer for sure. my friends still don't believe that i'm bringing this. they all think i'm joking. the reactions when i pull up to friend's houses and gatherings with my orange twingo are hilarious too. also children seem to love it for some reason. and people absolutely hate to be passed by this car on the highway. it's like their manhood is being insulted or something

tomorrow we're going to the breaking yard. hopefully i'm going to find/buy a bunch of stuff like colorful door handles, buttons and floor mats (i want the special edition Kenzo ones that are purple)

it took a lot of work to make her look this good. clay bar + polish applied with a rotary polisher + carnauba wax. and it's still not perfect. here's the before picture. (taken just before i bought it)

the interior was also absolutely disgusting. now it's clean and smells nice, and i only have to change the steering wheel (i already have a leather one from an Initiale that i just need to re-tint and seal)

The only thing that puts me off is that thing in the middle. What is it for and why does it seem like you might not see your speed because of the steering wheel?

Drove a twingo a couple of times, speed is very readable. The only issue would be the display not working really good when the car has been sitting in the sun for some time.

Like all disturbing modern social trends this started out as some ironic shit or a joke, but then some numales didn't get it, emulated it and took a liking to this soft and cuddly mockery of threatening automotive culture. Liking a car because it is cute was never part of traditional automotive culture, which was about violence. When I look at a car, I don't see a girl's car or a gay car. I see a car with potential. When I imagine owning a Twingo, do you know how I imagine it? Not cuddling it, naming it and reading it stories. I imagine lowering it, putting nice wheels on it, a big brake upgrade, and swapping in a GM 2.0L turbo engine for maximum sleeper appeal.

I LOVE sleepers and the more unassuming, the better. Twingo's are adorable and you'd never expect one to rape at the drag strip. The unassuming nature is why I love the Twingo.

I admit our twingo threads may seem quite autistic a lot of times but getting really rustled by them is a new dimension of autism.

i'm a real car enthusiast, i like cars from all brands, body types, engines and vintage. i know how to work on cars too, from regular maintenance to full restoration from a sandblasted shell. i'm also not a prepubescent numale since i'm a 28 year old man.

and yet i own an orange twingo. why ? because it's actually fucking amazing. cheap to buy, EXTREMELY cheap to run and maintain, it will take 4 people anywhere but it'll be able to park in the tightest spots. it's actually great to drive (doesn't feel scary at all at 130+kph on the highway like other small cars do, it feels planted and you can take your hands off the wheel). and with the modular interior you can do pretty much anything you want. you can even adjust the rear seats to trade rear legroom for trunk space and vice versa (my favourite feature on the car). it will fit 4 huge fucking muscular guys comfortably, which most bigger cars don't even do.

i don't need my car to prove my masculinity. i'll prove it by being able to lift more than you, fixing your car, building your deck and fucking your GF when she inevitably falls in love with my twingo.

so fuck you i'll keep driving my twingo as a daily driver and enjoying my race cars and big german sedans the rest of the time because i'm not an insecure tard like you
