as someone with a worse shitbox than the rest of you all (k11 micra) having driven a yaris compared to most other shitboxes it feels like its got character. the tsport i drove was quick comfy and actually accomodated my size (6'2 300ibs builtfag). the gearbox was nice to shift, the steering was go kartish and imo the thing looks okay with the optional extra body kit. only complaints are body roll and the fact my micra can store more in the boot and accomodate five passengers

im not stock mate. high lift cams sr20 throttle body ram air induction increased compression ratio (head skim and 1 litre pistons) a custom 4-2-1 manifold/decat and a sportex cat back. i reckon im running about 100 ish hp. the 1.7 corsa c is about the same although the corsa d 1.7 is far more and i wouldnt stand a chance. the guy was trying might i add in the sense that he was revving up at the light and wheel spun on take off. it was a real close one too.

i was literally just typing to mention that we were both dick measuring using £500 shitboxes but thanks for beating me to it. you havent known fun until youve pushed a shitbox to its absolute limits. in all fairness im so sure ram air does nothing too but at least my throttle response is marginally quicker than the standard air box.
