Unless a completely suspension, drive train and body is "the same shit" because it happens to share a different (and vastly improved) version of the same engine. The ST205 is so much better than the ST185 that it isn't really even in the same league. That's like comparing an MA61 and JZA80.

And even then, jay dee emm tyte GT-Fours aren't actually the same as All Tracs. GT-Fours have often been sold with different differentialt/transmission set ups (ST165) or engine, exterior set ups (185).

It's the same 3S-GTE internally. It just has a bunch of shit tacked onto it for homologation. Clutch, intercooler, iirc cams (not 100% on that), suspension also, some other shit but I can't remember.

Yeah. Anon was right about the water injection etc, but it wasn't actually hooked up. Just has some fittings and pipes so you can hook it up. Or at least that's how it is on WRC ST205s.
